DLA Was Performance Level 1 Four Years In A Row For four years in a row, Helen Y. Davis Leadership Academy Charter Public School was honored by the Governor for attaining Performance Level 1 accountability status for narrowing the achievement gap. “Level 1” achievement is the highest accountability level a school can receive, which classifies it as a high progress and high growth school in MCAS proficiency. For this high achievement, the Governor honored DLA as a Commendation School — a designation of the highest honor from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
